Jonathan L. Bernstein, President of Bernstein Crisis Management, is a partner in Online Reputation Management projects whose experience in managing crises teams up ideally with TAO Consultants’ Internet expertise.

Jonathan Bernstein has more than 25 years of experience meeting clients’ needs in all aspects of crisis management – crisis response, vulnerability assessment, planning, training and simulations. His past experience includes corporate, agency and non-profit public relations positions. He is a veteran of five years in U.S. Army Military Intelligence covert operations. Bernstein is publisher and editor of Crisis Manager, a first-of-its-kind email newsletter written for “those who are crisis managers whether they want to be or not,” currently read in 75 countries. His commercially published Keeping the Wolves at Bay: A Media Training Manual has been described as “one of the most concise, insightful, useful and savvy guides to strategic thinking about reputation issues available.” Bernstein is a regular guest commentator and expert source for national media outlets and PR Week described him as one of 22 individuals nationwide “who should be on the speed dial in a crisis.”

Jonathan Hemus, Director of Insignia Communications, associate in the UK, partners with TAO Consultants in crisis management and online reputation management projects in Europe.

Jonathan, the founder of Insignia, has over 20 years’ experience providing communication advice to world-leading companies and brands including Gillette, Procter & Gamble, Royal Mail, Duracell, Yahoo!, Novartis and Covidien. During his ten years at top ten international PR consultancy Porter Novelli, he was both UK leader of the consultancy’s corporate practice and global leader for its crisis and issues management specialty. As such he is an experienced crisis counsellor having developed plans and delivered training to prevent and prepare for crisis, and provided hands on advice to organisations in the midst of a major incident or issue. As a proven communication strategist, his expertise covers reputation creation, promotion and protection, delivered to clients in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. He is an accomplished coach, having trained hundreds of executives around the world to communicate more effectively with their many stakeholders.

Steve Morin, President of SGEN Software Generation, has partnered with TAO Consultants for many years in the field of customizable accounting solutions.

Morin is an accounting consultant specializing in the installation and modification of accounting and related business applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Foxpro and SQL Service database products. Using open source code based and customizable solutions products from Sage International, Dynamite and Alere Manufacturing, SGEN can offer companies of any size the solution they need to handle their accounting and business management needs.
